Why we started Align.
Between us, we've spent careers inside this sector: running services, growing organisations, leading large teams through change, and meeting the standards that keep participants safe. We've seen how hard it is to do well, and how much good advice is worth when it comes from someone who has actually done the job.
We also saw a gap. Plenty of consultants can quote the rules. Far fewer have sat in the operator's chair, carried the responsibility, and lived with the consequences of their advice. We exist to close that gap, to give NDIS and healthcare businesses access to genuine operator experience, when and where they need it.

Brings deep operational and clinical governance knowledge of how providers really run.
Michael Matusiak
Director, Finance and Commercial
A Chartered Accountant with more than two decades across small business, large corporates and government, and hands-on experience scaling a start-up through to a private sale. Brings commercial discipline, financial clarity and a proven eye for what drives performance.
