We’ll scope it with you up front so you know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs, with no open-ended retainers you didn’t ask for.
We're a small business. Is bringing in a consultant really worth it?
Often, yes, but we’ll tell you honestly if it isn’t. We’ve run businesses on tight margins, so we won’t sell you work you don’t need. If a couple of conversations will get you there, we’ll say so. Where we add the most value is helping you avoid the expensive mistakes before you make them.
